At Rise & Fold, every pastry tells the story of a place that has inspired us. From Japan’s iconic salt bread and ceremonial Kyoto matcha to Korean kimchi focaccia, Hong Kong-inspired savoury pastries and Malaysian flavours, we bring together artisan baking with modern Asian influences. Everything is made in small batches using quality ingredients, careful fermentation and classic viennoiserie techniques, creating a bakery experience that’s both familiar and unexpected.
Open: Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:30am to 5pm
